It was started in 2005 by brothers Terry and Dennis Morgan, who had a plan to help industry find solutions to safety problems.
Terry Morgan has over 30 years experience in engineering. He has installed machinery in manufacturing plants and process lines for many major companies. A great problem-solver, he is sought after for difficult maintenance and repair work.
Dennis Morgan has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has supervised construction sites on many large projects throughout Australasia.
They have both seen unsafe work practices and bandaid solutions applied to serious safety problems.
In WorkRight Safety Solutions they combine their experience and abilities to help businesses create solutions for problems caused by unsafe work practices. Sometimes, in the process of solving these problems, they create products that can be used in other situations in other workplaces.
